Great spot. Only Three stops away from the station via the tram. And then a 5-minute walk. The room was great. It was a good size and the bed was comfy and the shower tub sizes perfect. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant down on the first floor in the lobby that you can go to if you don't want to go too far but it's 1500 yen per person. The workers were all really friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I would definitely highly recommend it.

Very modern hotel, a 20 minutes walk away from the Shinkansen station. It's in an area with very lively nightlife in terms of food&drink (and more). The rest of central Kagoshima city is all within walking distance. The facilities are adequate and the place is very tidy. They can hold your luggage for the day of check-in and the rest of the day after checkout.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for visiting local bars and restaurants in the centre of Kagoshima. There was always a member of staff at the front desk who spoke fluent English to help us with any queries we had. Additionally there is a family mart attached to the lobby of the hotel for grabbing essentials and snacks.

Like most Japanese hotels, the room was quite small. But it was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location near shopping areas. We weren't able to check in until 3 PM but the hotel offered to hold our luggage without charge until check in time. I wouldn't recommend a room for two forgeiners as the rooms are much too small and if you have large luggage, it would be very hard to store and access the luggage in the very small room.

Convinient location, near to tram stop, and close to Tenmonkan area (JR station is easily accessible by tram). Minimart is just next to the lobby. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Toilet in the room is a little bit aged but well maintained.

It was my third time here. When I’m in Japan I always love to visit Kagoshima and also this hotel. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and the rooms are nice. The hotel to me is special because it was my first hotel when visited Japan for the first time.

The location is in the city center. The room is spacious, for Japanese standards. It has everything you need. The room and the towels are clean.

Lovation is perfect close to eveyrhing. Room is clean and cozy. Staff was helpful. Price was low. Aircondirion very good.

Great location right in the middle of the city area. Good burger restaurant downstairs. Room is very clean, and has all the typical amenities present in most Japanese business hotels.
